notification bell missing??
yknow the one right next to your icon and quote? its been missing since the patch, and i was sorta wondering what happened to it, considering thats how we open our gifts and whatnot.

Yea I sent someone a gift, which I'm wondering now if they even got it.
Same problem, I received a gift and had to open it by going to collections and then skins, ruining the surprise and also missing the message that was sent along with it. New skin! But still pretty bummed.
