Ranked Champion Select Bug counting down to 0 and can't lock.

Froze up couldn't lock in, I finally did lock in. Except it happen to my teammate and it didn't fix for him. So i tried logging out and i took away points ._> but people where in the room so I couldn't que up for anything else. Pls riot fix this
