Keep getting disconnected because of 0% in loading screen

Hello, fellow summoners.

This last week when I'm playing a game. I always get stuck at loading screen. I'm doing nothing, just waiting for the game to start. The loading icon still goes round and round. But after 3-5min the client says: u got disconnected or you got a bugsplat. This is so frustrating because, I now have a leaverbuster for disconnecting to much game.

I hope someone can help me out someday.
