[Client] Selected skin doesn't save in new champion select.

In the new champion select, the skin you select to use does not save as it did in the old champion select. This leaves me having to re-select skins that I bought after the new champion select was implemented. The only way to save my preferred skin is to go into a normal or custom game and select it there.
