Annie's Tibbers and Evelynn

Bug : Tibbers still can chance Evelynn even if she's invisible (or camouflage)

I played a game of Annie against an Evelynn. When she was in range for me to see her, I drop the bomb on her and did all my abilities including Tibbers and passive proc until she flash away.

Now Evelynn passive takes like 3 seconds before going back to stealth mode. But i was able to chase her and know where she was because Tibbers was still chasing her.

Bug? Or just that Tibbers wants that B*
