Found a bug about vladimir's Q

Sorry I didnt get a screenshot for this issue. Apparently when the player has already got one stack of crimson, the second vlad got to 2 stacks, if he press Q too fast (that happens a lot when you are in lane phase), the stacks will be consumed but the boosted Q wont be triggered. This bug happens like every time I press Q too fast and it really impact my games.
