Main Client GUI Needs A Refresh/Reload Option

More of a feature request than a bug, but I was entering a game while something else was loading (I think the shop) and I got into the lobby but the main panel of the UI was completely black. I could hear sound and music from the lobby and I could interact with the friends list but could not see or click anything in the lobby screen. Naturally, the lobby ends and I get booted for not selecting a champion and now I have a 5.5 minute wait time to requeue because of a stupid UI glitch.

TL;DR: Put a simple button (maybe next to minimize/close) that allows you to reload the client UI either by section or as a whole, this way players won't get stuck at black screens and be forced to wait matchmaking dodge cooldowns.
