Twisted treeline Client Error

Well recently i have had a problem ever since patch about 5.2 where in twisted treeline with about a 50% rate i play fine no lag no reconnects but for some odd reason the second i hit middle of the top lane i lose all champion control i dont dc i just watch my guy run around aimlessly autoing minions while being attacked and i have no input, this only happens about 50% of the time and only in 3s on top lane. Ive tried to find ways to cope like alt f4ing i come back fine but by that point they have FB on me and 3 levels.... This problem also only happens at the beginning of the game. After i come back when i happens the games fine and no errors besides that.
