[CLIENT] [ALPHA CLIENT] Bugged block list

The block list in the client isn't showing the names of the blocked players. Steps to reproduce?

1. Login
2. Go to Settings
3. Go to Block list Expectations - i should be seeing the blocked players Results - i do not see them. Sys specs: irrelevant
