Can you provide a LEGITIMATE fix for the 33% error?

Honestly, it's happening every single a little patch is thrown at the client. A hot fix? I have to reinstall the entire game. A whole patch? The entire game and the patch.

It's becoming more or less, an aggravation. And I know for the fact that it's NOT just me, there are a plentiful of people having the same sort of error with the original patch conflicting with the current release patch.
