Surrender.exe is not respoding.

I just played a game, and when we defeat our enemies in a teamfight, they surrendered, but for some reason the game didn't registered their surrender and the game continued . We had to fought for 5-10mins to actually defeat them. It's a bug and it has been my first time seeing this. [sg-zephyr]
