Fix Tahm's bugs

As a main Tahm Kench player I find that tahm has 2 important bugs that need to be fixed. First my team mates don't know if I have ultimate or not because the green dot one the portrait is always on. Second when I devour near dead minions to spit them sometimes instead of spitting them full range tahm spit them in front of him which leads in critical moments no dmg and loss of the lane.
