I have a problem with client ....

So , my game runs normally all is great , but there is only one thing that pisses me off . Every time i relaunch the client , my runes are back to presets (i have 8 rune pages) and i have a bug with emotes i can't even go to set them up , it says ''error code EMO1'' . So i went to my friends and logged in to his pc , my runes and emotes were there, but when i log in on my pc same thing happens again...
