Red buff Bug

Just playing a game with bots having a little go with Ahri and I noticed that when I had a red buff and was out of combat for a little while my regen was boosted fro 3.3 to 44.4 similar to warmog's . I didn't have any other regen buffs or any items that cause that to happen.

As far as I know this is only this only happens to Ahri and with the red buff.

This is actually intended. Red Buff restores a % of your maximum HP when you are out of combat for 5 seconds. This was added back in patch 4.20
