Not being able to click "lock in"

Anybody else having issues with this? I'll get in queue and go to ban and or lock in, and it won't let me, no matter how many times I press it... Or when I go to accept a match, I will click accept, and it will say I didn't. Due to "queue dodging" I am stuck with leaver busters... I've been trying to get into a game for a hour now. I have to wait 20 minutes, then when I go to accept, it says that I did not accept and resets the 20 minutes. My five times of waiting SHOULD be done by now... I don't think it's my wifi as this has been happening this past week. Wondering if maybe it's the league servers???
