Cannot Select Anything In-Game

I get into a game after selecting my champion perfectly fine and I cannot click anything, the only keys that work at Alt+F4 and the chat option, I can type in chat but I can't click on anything. Also I've made sure to double check but this has nothing to do with my Discord overlay I noticed that lots of players had issues with that in the past, I just got back into the game I don't wanna immediately get banned XD

Edit: I have also discovered this is also the case for the Practice Tool as well
