Missing Character model during game

First time trying to report a bug, sorry if I get format wrong or something. Here's the most detail I can give you.

Trying to load into ranked game, I kept getting error that I was not connected to the internet, even though my internet was working fine. Restarted LOL client twice, and managed to load in about 1 minute after the rest of players did, still about 30 seconds before minions spawned. When I loaded in, I was able to see 3/4 of my other team mates, but the mid lane seemed to not exist in the game. Our mid laner was Shaco, and his icon did not appear on the mini map, his character model did not appear AT ALL the entire game. I was able to see spell effects and attack animations (when his knives hit enemies, or his jack-o-lantern things, for example) and I could see the character model of his ultimate clone fine. But I could not see his actual model at all. I was jungle warwick, and that made things difficult since I couldn't see where he was, if he was low on health, etc. I could see his icon in the bottom right that showed that, and the F button assigned to him brought me to him, but there was nothing /there/. I attempted several times to alt+tab and see if that would help, dying didn't help either.

To further complicate things, the towers in the game were also glitched out. They appeared to jump up and down, and did not have health bars.

Luckily our team was great and we were able to power through my visual issues to win. I'm linking my OP.GG, replay.gg didn't seem to save the game.

It is the Warwick game where i go 12/10/11, from 9/7/16, with a Shaco on my team...
