ARAM Lux Bug

While playing an ARAM as Lux, I was leveling my abilities as normal and playing, when I was no longer able to cast my E. I am unsure whether it was a one time bug or if it happens with other champions, however it literally cost us the game. It may have happened when I max leveled it, however, I am unsure.

I had a similar problem while playing Varus in ARAM some months ago. After maxing my Q I was no longer able to cast it. The animation of the channeling would not appear, I would just press Q and watch nothing happen.
