[GAMEPLAY] Chat Box Resets to Default Position After Every Game (Show Minimap on Left "ENABLED")

In any gametype (Summoners Rift, ARAM, vs. AI, Practice Tool etc.) the Chat Box resets after every single game when I have "Show Minimap on Left" ENABLED. I prefer having the Minimap to the left as opposed to the default right, and every time I load into a game, it 100% of the time resets to the bottom-right side of the screen at a default position. I never had this issue when my minimap was on the right side as the Chat Box would stay where I put it the previous game. This isn't game-breaking, but is just a minor inconvenience.

1. Show Minimap on Left (ENABLED)
2. Load into game, and the Chat Box is in a Default Position in the Bottom Right
3. I move the Chat Box to a position that I find comfortable (it stays there for the remainder of that game)
4. When I load into a new game, the Chat Box resets to the Bottom Right again. (Happens every game)
