[CRASH] sivir crashes my game

just today i was playing with no issues at all. later i tried to play sivir and the game crashed and i couldn't reconnect. after the game ended i tried a custom game with sivir and i also crashed. i then tried to play another game and everything was normal but it crashed again. i went on to lolnexus and found there was a sivir on the other team. if u could look into this and fix it soon that would be great, thanks.
