[GAMEPLAY] Vi - Excessive Force Will Sometimes Not Hit Behind Target

When Vi hits someone with her Excessive Force, the target behind it will not take any damage.

1. Auto attack red buff and drag him out to a bush.
2. Excessive Force.
3. Small Lizard will not take damage from Excessive Force. This happens a couple of times making jungle clearing longer and wave clearing harder. Happens a couple of times in game and is very game breaking when it set her jungle clear time behind and slower ganking.
