Current Patch is creating multiple bugs

I'm not one to make a huge forum when there's no need to make it longer than it should so basically Irelia's E when casted it looks as if it smudges on the screen. Also just finished an Illaoi game and it too smudged it just looked like it dragged all over the screen for about 1.5 seconds
