brand bug

Was playing a ranked game and noticed Brand was bugged. The team was corky, brand ,ireliea ,poppy, khazix, vs gp, teemo, sona, lee sin, jynx.Noteing this incase it might have something to do with it.So onto the issue, I noticed when I casted pyroclasm I didn't get any bounces,It would just hit the enemy and stop.This occurred both in team fights and in minnion waves.I always ignite the enemy 1st so I thought about that and tried to cast it without the enemy being ignited by blaze.It worked!,so apparently I dunno if it was because a certain champion was in the game or what,but pyroclasm won't bounce unless u cast it 1st before setting another champion a blaze. 90% sure this is a legit bug because it happened 3 or 4times in the same game before I tried to cast it before using my other spells.If staff wanna review it,it was the last ranked game played by me on my profile thanks.
