I queued for a ranked game, i waited for a couple of minutes, I accepted , my team won, and after game, when showing stats, no LP...and it was writen that it was a normal game... pls help guys, this is not right, this is not normal
I'm running into this as well with one of my plat promo games. The game isn't showing on my match history either, but I can see it on na.op.gg

Edit: It's showing as a normal as well in my match history. That's weird. Edit 2: Sent in a support ticket.
Bumping with explanation for support: Yesterday, I played three of my platinum promo games, and won two of them. They weren't showing on my match history for a few hours, and when they did, one of them was displaying as a normal game and that I was only 1-1 in my promos. I'm 100% certain I queued for ranked in all 3 games. In client, the game appears as a normal draft, and in the website match history they display as a normal (blind pick). The game where it happened to me is posted above. I also tracked down the game OP was talking about.
