Reporting on some TFT bugs [CLIENT]

Hello! i know the sweet game is in beta and bugs are to be expected, but i don't know where to report them so here i am! bug 1 - the chat is stuck outside the bounds of my screen and can't re-position it (my screen resolution is 1366 x 768) here's a screenshot:

bug 2- the text on the traits/bonuses is kind of too large
