After latest patch the game freezes while in-game and I can only shut it down and reboot it via task manager. I see that this issue exists. My PC has no issues at all (been playing the game on the particular one for 3 years), so there must be a problem with the latest patch/client. Please fix this as it is very annoying.
Anyone else having the problem please report so they can get into it.
ive been having the same problem too , at some point the game will freeze and only can move my mouse , but when i reset my pc i can play the rest of the game fine ....

That and frequent lag-like freezes. I instinctively look up at fps and ping but they're steady.
This has been happening to me lately since mid patch 8.10, freezes once per game between 7-9 mins in, I have to end the process through the task manager and then reconnect again, it never freezes afterwards unless it's a different game.
Same problem happens to me. Every game, just once per game it froze my game and I have to alt+ctrl+delete and reconnect. Always at 5-10 minutes of game. Tried: -Reinstalled game -Changed graphic to lowest -Updated drivers -Even changed graphic card to another and installed drivers for it Have no idea what to do I've tried almost everything, dont wanna reinstall my windows, it's exhausting, losing 1 kill, 1 level and about 20 cs every game. I don't think its windows update problem cause my updates are off and still it happens to me but im not 100% sure.
Same, i get freeze after 5 - 7 mins every single game, i can move only my mouse.. When i relog i can play without freeze :S What we can do? I tried unistall and re install it again, full repair, still the same problem..
am having the same probleme in every game around 5-8 minutes my game freeze and i only can get out the game by restarting my pc then all works fine but not cool for my teammates that am afk for 2 minutes to relog :'(

Same Here but I have a good processor and a decent graphics card. It also appears to only happen in aram for me
You don't need to restart your computer, it comes back normal once your champion revives at the fountain. Some ppl suspect it's linked to the last windows update. Not sure.

Can't connect into game currently. Not an issue on my end, everyone else seems to be stuck in the loading screen as well.
EDIT: Now said game's 'over', nothing's in my match history, and no LP was lost or gained.
To add on to this, I noticed that HP bars and names are missing in the game that crashes. That's how I can tell that it will crash in a game, for me at least.
Well, I've been talking to @RiotSupport on Twitter since yesterday about this. So at least I know they're aware of it.
Of course as everybody said, normal troubleshooting doesn't work. I even un-installed the game and re-installed from scratch to no avail.
Hey all, sorry for the delayed response but we are looking into this. The next bit of info that would really help us track it down is if someone could provide us with a dump file after the issue occurs. (To do that, open up task manager, right click the process, and select 'Create Dump File')

Same problem since a week, game freezing, a can't ALT+TAB or even doing something else, can just restart my pc. Please fix it as soon as possible.
Right, so we have people on Intel/AMD/nVidia hardware, so we know it's not the drivers.. and it wasn't the patch because it started in the middle of 8.10 and still occurring on 8.11.
I'm just confused as to the silence from Riot, it's really weird.
They aren't going to fix this for at least another day by the looks of it. The fact that there are 5 boards out in the open and probably 10 more hiding away somewhere about this same problem. (including them getting notified about this on twitter and stuff)

Same issue, all crashes seem to be at a set time (6.30...7.45). I thought it was related to the boots rune at one point.
I've had that and dc at least once per match.

Same issue but I've just been waiting it out. The freeze occurs around the 6-9 minute mark in most summoner's rift games. Screen freeze but can still move mouse and talk on league voice. On ARAM it's been happening pre 6 mins but seems shorter in duration.
Seems like most people have been shutting the game down but I've been waiting it out. On SR it lasts for about 30 seconds and most times i end up dead because I'm not under tower. On ARAM it seems shorter, maybe 10 secs.
The earlier it happened to me was 4:30. The lastest was 11:30. Both we in aram.
In Summoner rift, it is more 5:30 to 9:30. May it is linked to minions wave?
Still no comment from riot, great. Maybe they want to unistall the game and never play again? Dunno. [zombie-brand-mindblown]
same here, it freezes not only my game but rather my whole pc, also since this patch im unable to open loot tab in the client, anyone having similar issue?
Same issue, ever since the patch last night. Repatched, still persists. Didn't run any windows updates, that's not causing it. Unplayable... sad
Any rioter even acknowledge the bug? There are red posts about a bug with the shop but not with a consistent screen freeze in game?

also getting this issue. reinstalled the game. repaired with hex repair tool, repaired using the in game repair tool. Nothing works. What an absolute joke of a bug this is. Worst bug ive ever experienced in league and thats saying something. was working fine yesterday. Now i cant even play.
