• Type of Bug: In-Game Bug

• Description: Azir's Passive turret does very little to no damage on hit

• Video / Screenshot of the incident: https://imgur.com/a/YuXEMTk • Reproduction rate: 10/10

• Steps to reproduce: Just spawn a turret and have it shoot something as Azir

• Expected result: The turret should do around 200 damage on hit, scaling upward over time

• Observed result: The damage will not apply properly.

• System Specs: Intel i5 Processor, Windows 10, Nvidia 1050 Ti, 16 gb RAM
