"My ticket" option doesn`t work in the support section.

When i click the support button, and want to see my tickets, which I have, and click on it, then nothing happens. I have tried several times, and open the in a new tab, then it site was empety. I think it is something wrong with it. I am signed in EU nordic and east if it is something with what server I`m loged in to. Thank you.
