[Gameplay]Seraphs Embrace randomly deleting itself from items.

Was playing Cassio in a regular game and got my Seraphs upgrade, I had backed from the team fight and waited for a second in fountain, bought a blasting wand, then ran out of fountain to have Seraphs disappear with no gold given back to me. I thought at first I accidentally sold it, but I only had 200 gold so it wasn't a sell. Gallery contains images of items before, the 1 second where I had blasting wand and Seraphs, and then leaving fountain having it disappear, couldn't find the way to show how much gold I have in game, but selling a Seraphs would have at least given me enough to buy the tear back and I couldn't as I only had 200ish after I left the Shop zone.
