Issue with champ select

I went into champ select to select a position in the chat and chose a champion, but no champions were available to select. This is in norms, not ranked. Is anyone else having this same issue?

#Beta Client

Click the cog to the top right corner of the client then click "Initiate Full Repair".

#Legacy Client

Repair the game by clicking the question mark icon to the top right of the patcher. Select "Repair" and let the patcher scan and repair corrupt game files. When the process is completed, you'll see the orange "Launch" button.
