i was playing kog'maw down at bot with a leblanc support and i was vsing a corki and a kennen. when ever the kennen ults i dont see it. my team mate mundo couldnt see it either but some of my team mates could. its really akward. he ulted 3 times that game and every time he ulted i didnt see it

That must suck, luckily it wasn't in ranked or else it could've been game changing if you think about it.
Had this happen to me in a game earlier today. Only reason I noticed it (The kennen wasn't doing much all game) was because I hear it and immediately shielded my AD. Almost lost us the game.

Thanks for the report! We're aware of this issue and are still investigating. This doesn't appear to be happening in every game, so it's a bit harder to nail down a repro. We're still working on it, though. :)
