Locked out of Game

my client crashed yet again and now as i retry to enter the game, it locks me out. this like the 6th time or something. my client says game in progress. why am i locked out? still waiting to enter, been 10 minutes staring at this broken client. riot fix. not fair to teammates or myself, due to the fact i will get a low priority afk bullshiit.
