Mastery 6 Token Woes

The two game in the screen shot are games that I received an S rank. My issue is that the first game I also achieved mastery 5 on Yasuo, I received a notification that I had received a mastery 6 token. The next game I also received an S rank so i went to level up the champion to mastery 6 only to see that I had not actually gained a token from the game when I hit mastery 5.

PLEASE HELP I SHOULD HAVE MASTERY 6 AND I'M MILDLY UPSET.
