[Client] Champion purchase bug

I am on the NA servers, and I have encountered a bug with the shop. I recently purchased , , ,and from the shop as shown in the purchase history below. The issue comes up when I tried to play a game. all the champions I had purchased are missing from the list. They are all still locked as shown below.

Note: My username is LULtralisk on the NA server and I lost 6300 IP exactly to this bug. I would like to be reimbursed, or the champions actually unlocked.
