Sion Q and R bug.

Just played an ARAM game and halfway through Sion's Q and R completely stopped working no matter what I tried to do. Not sure if it was death related or not. I had ulted and was in a teamfight. Died during the teamfight. Once I spawned back again those abilities wouldn't work. All I could do was W and E.
