Thresh and Relic Shield

Riot please fix this bug, Thresh has to wait until the minion has like no hp in order for relic shield to even proc most of the time. It is really annoying not being able to get it to proc and the cs is wasted.

Melee autoattacks execute minions below 200 - 285 (based on level) health

Thresh is ranged.

Ranged champions have ranged autoattacks.

Ranged autoattacks are not melee autoattacks.

Therefore, Thresh does not proc the execute of Spoils of War.

Just use Flay's passive on-hit damage to kill the minion.

It's not a bug. Thresh isn't considered full melee because he has such long range. You'll need to learn to last hit with him to be able to proc the Relic Shield stacks.

Thresh is a RANGED Champion

Relic execute is for MELEE ONLY.
