No mastery token after getting s-
i'm a mastery 5 
trying to get 7 i do well almost every game i got s- last game and i didn't get a mastery token

Mastery tokens are there to show you are good with the champion on a competitive level. Therefore, noncompetitive game modes such as rotating game modes, aram, and twisted treeline are not eligible
So your level 5 masteries but didn't get a token? You only get a token from playing pvp summoners rift. Also you don't get a token if you just got level 5 that game. If none of those apply then I would suggest contacting support!
You can only get mastery tokens on normal or ranked summoner's rift games. Your game was on twisted treeline.
even tho it was a ranked 3v3 i still don't get one that's lame
Also if you recently have been punished for behavior you can get tokens until the system says your reformed. This goes for all hextech loot
