LoL Patch6.24 The Kurgs Bugs

This was right after patch 6.24. I didn't notice in game until I watched the replay that the krugs I was attacking starting to regen its health for no reason, as seen in the video. I'd to point out that this was my first time taking krugs of the game, I know you guys made some changes to the first clear of the krugs, so i just wanted to put that out there.
