[CLIENT] Max input length on mastery page names is 1 less than on rune pages

So today I've made a new rune- and a new mastery page, after I named them I noticed that the mastery page was missing the last letter. It seems that the max length of mastery page names is 25 and the max length of rune page names is 26.
