A couple of bugs I noticed on PBE

I was just playing on the PBE because I like the new summoners rift, and I was testing out 's passive update and I noticed a couple of bugs that happened with the new passive. First, his new passive is OP as heck. I was able to sit with my sunfire cape at any camp and just sit there. He was healing way faster than they could do damage. Also when you hover over the passive it always says he has a 0.4% life regen. Note: The 3rd screenshot is just simply how broken his passive is. This was before I had bought 's also. After getting 's it was just under 100 hp/sec. (99.7 or something like that). After finishing the game it also gave me that weird Victory text thing, so I screenshot it also.
