ChoGath Q Invisible when cast in Bushes (specifically seen at bush between baron and red buff)

I was playing Xerath. I was running away from a ChoGath. ChoGath used his Q, but the indicator never showed up. When the ability went off, particle effects did not appear either. It happened in the bush between red and baron.

Sadly a lot of skills are like this, and people just say 'the champ is balanced around this'. I created a bug a while back saying Singed poison trail disappears if you can't see Singed, and people seemed to think this was normal.

ive seen this as well, top lane cho gath standing in bush using q and you cant see it. i did however remember seeing the particles when i got knocked up, but there was no indicator unless i ahd visionof cho. is thisa change? i know the spell usedt o give vision of chogath.
