Bugged AA

Sometimes my auto attacks gets bugged and I can only attack with "a". DC and reconnect fix the issues but something like that happends two times a game. In last game I couldn't even cast spells , it was only doable by clicking spells on panel. Reinstaled the game but it changed nothing. I have this issue for 4 patches straight.
