Have to open league twice, then asks me terminate as have two league games open

I click on lol, i run in admin, i click yes to question if i want to run as admin. Nothing happens (have of course waited..10mins+). I then go to click league again and it says 'you have two instances of league open, do you want to terminate' and no matter what i click (yes, no or just X) neither league opens. Also my enter button is broken and there is no other way to assign the chat button, could this be changed?
