Rek´sai Q Bug

i played a game as with , , , , and . At the middle of the game after i got and i realised after i used Q i got slowed for like 2 sec to 300 movemenstpeed even when i attacked minions or jungle camps

• Edit : so i just did it in a custom again and realised when u get and then get a redbuff and then use Q u give yourself the slow and damage over time from the redbuff.
