[Client] Says I dodged even though I had picked my character

I was in ranked champion select, had picked Sona, had on the right runes & masteries on, and was all ready to go. The game started to load but then the game crashed. I quickly tried to log back in only to find that it had counted it as a dodge and now I'm blocked for 30 minutes! THIS IS INFURIATING BECAUSE I DID NOTHING WRONG!!!

Is there something I can do? This is so upsetting. Please help!
