Twitch glitch lol

I just played twitch in a ranked game with the awesome sly skin, noticed that when ever I was ulting to attack turrets and other building I was doing no damage to them, im sure thats not supposed to happen.

I can confirm this exact bug, I just came here to report it. Twitch ult does no damage to Nexus.

its not the skin, its an ongoing problem
