Champion Dodge / Queue up

So, I've been encountering this bug for a few patches now, and I'm not sure if it's just me.

After I've queued up and am in champ select, whichever part of champ select it is. If someone dodges and I get taken back to the queue screen and have to hit "accept" or "decline" when I hit 'accept" the game just says I skipped the whole process all together and forces me to restart my queue. It can be rather unnerving when you've already been in queue for five minutes, then have someone dodge to then have to start the timer all over again. I just wanted to bring this to someone's attention to see if I was the only one with this bug or if it's something specifically happening to me.
