If Sion is channeling his ult and a nearby Shen/Rammus/Galio/other taunts him while he is running, he will immediately stop and his ult will go on cooldown. According to his ult text he should be immune to all crowd control effects.
Steps: 1. Select Sion 2. Level up R 3. Ult past an enemy who taunts you 4. Notice that the ult is cancelled

How about they fix the fact that suddenly it no longer makes the sound if you don't have vision on him, even though it's a global ult.
Happened in a game yesterday, we had no idea there was a rampaging Sion on the way until he ran into us.
Are you sure it just isn't because you crashed into them? Btw I think Galio test is the best choice because his taunt keeps him the farthest away.

Ya not sure i like that. I love Sion. Fear and Taunt seem like crowd control to me.
If he "collides" with a enemy champion at all or a wall/object (besides minions/neutral monsters) at all he'll end his charge and knock up any units in the AoE from colliding with said object.
So if Shen taunt dashes in front of him he'll collide with him technically.
With Galio it won't taunt him since he doesn't cross path, less he hits him directly head on.
Rammus, same as Galio but if you don't collide then it won't happen.
It's a collision detection.
How about fixing the longstanding bug on him where if you die while charging your Q often it will disable your Q and R permanently they will show as off CD but you cannot activate them at all. The only fix is re-logging which can cost you the game. Try searching the boards for Sion Q and R bug. There are hundreds of posts for over a month but none get enough views to get seen. This bug used to affect Xerath and Varus as well but got ironed out it would seem. Can the big guy get the same love?
