Annie Bug..

So, i was just playing a little Annie support, and all of a sudden, my stun visual popped up, but my stun wasn't necessarily up yet. Throughout the game, it just got bigger and bigger. It was really starting to affect my gameplay since I usually look for the visual rather than looking at the little icon above my abilities (ex.: using my ult thinking it would stun then not stunning anyone).
