Third party program close game

I get this message when I'm loading the game. I haven't found any solution to it. I don't have any third party programs running while playing.

i get that ..only after champ select in rank games.. then it closes and gives me that error.. ive tweeted to riotgames.. riotgames support.. and league twitter.. also made a post here.. no response..
yeh, League gives me that issue when I have ShareX in the Background
